For general inquires, booking appointments, or to find a specific extension, please call (613)-533-9303 and follow the prompts.

PLEASE NOTE: Our telephone lines are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please contact your receptionist during these times to book an appointment. (*Our offices, both 115 Clarence St. and 220 Bagot St., are closed from noon to 1 p.m.)

* The Queen’s Family Health Team has updated its phone system. To make appointments and to ask questions about your care, please call us at 613-533-9303. You will have the option to press 1 to leave a message or stay on the line to speak to the receptionist. If you choose to stay on the line and our receptionist can’t get to you after 10 minutes, you will be directed to leave a message and we will get back to you within two business days. (Please do not visit the clinic in person to make appointments or to ask questions about your care.) If you require assistance, please speak with your receptionist and care team for support.
