The Kingston-1000 Islands site offers a traditional rotation-based residency training program. At the centre of your training are 48 weeks of core Family Medicine placements.

If you are looking for a Family Medicine residency program that provides an optimal balance between learning and service, and the opportunity for continuity of care, then the Queen's Peterborough-Kawartha program will suit your needs. Residents work within well-developed, interdisciplinary Family Health Teams for 3 half days per week throughout most of the two year program.

Queen's-Bowmanville-Oshawa-Lakeridge (QBOL)

Queen’s Bowmanville-Oshawa-Lakeridge (QBOL) is the newest community site in the Department of Family Medicine. Our preceptors have been teaching residents from the other Queen's sites for many years, and we are very excited to now have our 'own' group of residents.
