As Ontario confronts a devastating third wave of COVID-19, I’d like to take a few moments to thank all of you for stepping up to make a difference.

As more and more COVID-19 patients have been transferred to hospitals across southeastern Ontario to create capacity in areas where caseloads are overwhelming the health-care system, Department of Family Medicine (DFM) faculty, residents, and staff and our many community-based partners have been stepping up.
