Mary Martin is the Research Manager for the Centre for Studies in Primary Care and Assistant Professor (Adjunct) in the Department of Family Medicine. Since joining the CSPC in 2013, Mary has provided research support for countless studies, supported faculty in developing and conducting their own research projects, and has supported resident education through teaching the Research curriculum. She has expertise in study design, participant recruitment, data collection and analysis. Her research interests include workplace wellness and peer support, burnout, and psychological stress in healthcare organizations among workers, as well as support and care for vulnerable and equity deserving populations. Mary has a Master's of Science from the University of Guelph, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the area of exemplary leadership.
