Faculty Bio

Roles:   Physician, QFHT; currently providing resident education. Co-Chair of Project ECHO Ontario chronic pain/opioid stewardship as well as the Canadian Pain Society Education group. Clinical interests include non-pharmacological chronic pain therapies (movement, self-management, mindfulness), managing complex patients with mental health or addictions, and educating primary care providers about chronic pain.

About Me:  Prior to medical school, I completed a PhD in coral reef fish behavioural ecology. I have 2 semi-launched children, and enjoy my cottage, pets, kayaking and geology.
